1Ch.22:19: Give Yourself Completely to the Lord and Enjoy His
Presence Eternally.

1 Chr 22:19 (KJV)  Now set your heart and your soul to seek the
LORD your God; arise therefore, and build ye the sanctuary of the
LORD God, to bring the ark of the covenant of the LORD, and the holy
vessels of God, into the house that is to be built to the name of the
LORD.

1 Chr 22:19 (NIV)  Now devote your heart and soul to seeking the
LORD your God. Begin to build the sanctuary of the LORD God, so that
you may bring the ark of the covenant of the LORD and the sacred
articles belonging to God into the temple that will be built for the Name
of the LORD."

David admonished Solomon to trust the Lord and obey Him;

David was most concerned about Solomon's personal rather than
public commitment to God. Solomon had to be devoted to the LORD and
obedient, or his accomplishments would be meaningless...... would all be empty
